Dear Members and Associates of the Order of Franciscan Hermits... MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family!

I wish to share with you that I will be commencing a Pilgrimage starting Christmas morning, much like our Franciscan itinerant heritage, only not on foot. My intention is to continue our Mission of Praying for and Promoting WORLD PEACE while on this Journey. I do not have an end date (yet)... the Lord will reveal this when He is ready.

I will be travelling (at a snails pace... no rush) from California to various states within the USA, visiting various monasteries, shrines, cathedrals etc. and will also stay in our National Forests and Desert lands. I will be isolated for much of the journey with no access to the Internet, but you will not be far from my Heart and will certainly be in my prayers each day.

Because of my lack of internet, I have decided to change the way we do our daily Prayer Requests... in the past we had a different post for each day... I will now post one Perpetual Prayer post where you can post your prayers, and give updates on the specific requests when you have them (as a reply to that comment). There was confusion in the past trying to find the Prayer post... it will now be (permanently) found in the "Announcements" section of our FB Group.

I am filled with JOY that the Lord has challenged me to embark on such a Journey... THANK YOU for holding me in your thoughts and prayers that I make a safe and holy Pilgrimage.
